    This is an innovative Australian healthcare solutions and technology company with a focus in the aged care and hospital sector that has invested heavily in a single health-technology platform allowing health care managers to focus on patients. With a heavy focus on the patient as well as the healthcare professionals they focus on delivering products and solutions in the environments people trust most such as homes, workplaces, schools, hospitals, aged care facilities and education.

    About the Role

    Reporting to a highly successful Sales Director, you will focus on strong growth and opportunities that exist within the major health and aged care providers. You will develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of your clients and develop a deep understanding of their business needs and issues. This autonomous role will create and maintain a healthy long term sales pipeline, prioritise and qualify opportunities and assist in matching solutions to customer needs.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Identify customer drivers and understand customer buyer behaviors.

    • Strategic account management and execution, solution selling.

    • Experience in managing high revenue accounts.

    • Build relationships at all levels and grow accounts by understanding and adding value to the customers' strategy.

    • Maintaining your business progress via Salesforce system.

    • Attend industry exhibitions and engage with trade associations to maintain market engagement, understanding and networks.

Experience & Qualifications

Ideally you will be a tenacious and articulate account manager with experience in the healthcare or IT solutions sectors and have a demonstrated track record in solution selling. A broad understanding of building project processes would assist with engaging with builders, electricians and contractors. A proven resilience, confidence and positive inter-personal skillset to allow you to network and build relationships with key stakeholders ultimately fostering quality business opportunities are imperative in this role.

If you have a mature, driven and well presented business building approach and are comfortable in building long term relationships you should have what it takes to successfully work collaboratively within this dynamic and professional team.


You will be offered an attractive salary package with total max OTE of $155k inclusive of base salary, superannuation, MV allowance and incentives. In addition you will work with a trusted and innovative brand, world leading and extensive product range and work as part of a dedicated and highly trained team.
