The Role

We currently have multiple opportunities available with various clients across the Adelaide metropolitan area to commence as soon as possible. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong history of end to end payables process, including extensive reconciliations, payment runs, processing of overseas payments, coding and use of relevant accounting software.

Key Skills

This role requires the successful candidate to demonstrate a working history in the following areas:

  • High volume processing (50 - 100 invoices per day)
  • Knowledge of end to end accounts payable processes
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
  • Three way matching and coding
  • Investigating and resolving payment / invoice discrepancies

Experience

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have extensive history as an Accounts Payable specialist
  • Possess competent data entry skills with focus on speed and accuracy
  • Be able to multi task and prioritise your day
  • Have excellent customer service skills
