A great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable officer to join a successful business in Western Sydney - soon to be moving to Upper North Shore. Enjoy working in professional offices and for an organisation known for their ongoing success in their field.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Handling Purchase Orders enquiries/ issues
  • Raising and amending Purchase Orders
  • Handling Accounts Payable holds, monthly accruals and reconciling Purchase Orders
  • Responsible for purchasing, receipting and data entry
  • Adhering to deadlines for invoice payments and ensurance of compliance
  • Ensuring invoicing and purchasing is accurately completed
  • Responsible for purchasing administration
  • Monitoring purchasing - customers adhering to company standards
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a courteous manner

In order to be successful for this role, you will possess:

  • Large ERP systems experience - such as Oracle
  • Immediately Available
  • Purchasing experience desired
  • 3+ years Accounts Payable experience
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Adhere to company values

In return, you will receive $26ph - $30ph dependant on candidate and experience.
