A great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join a leading organisation in Construction/Engineering in upper North Shore. Enjoy working in professional offices and for an organisation known for their ongoing success in their field.


  • Provide online support to help new suppliers complete registration documents
  • Invoice audits against contracts
  • Communicate with suppliers to advise them to submit documentation
  • Maintain a database of 600 suppliers and provide purchasing support
  • Handling Purchase Orders enquiries/ issues
  • Ensuring Purchase Orders are correct
  • Responsible for purchasing, receipting and data entry
  • Adhering to deadlines for invoice payments and ensurance of compliance
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a courteous manner


  • 2+ years Accounts Payable Administration experience
  • Construction/engineering experience desired but not essential
  • Finance and administration background highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Pro-active and positive approach
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to analyse data and be a problem solver
  • Adhere to company values

In return, you will receive $26ph - $30ph dependant on candidate and experience.
