Hudson is currently working with a market leader in the Commercial Real Estate industry who is looking to expand one of the fastest growing teams.

The Role

Support a dynamic and professional bunch of Sales Agents in a busy, varied role

Your role will be to

    • Draft documentation, correspondence and marketing documents, like brochuers and sales packs,

    • Coordinate and run weekly team meetings

    • Diary management and travel arrangement for the team

    • Deal with enquiries over the phone or by email

    • General administration


    As the successful candidate, you will have the following

    • Commercial or Residential real estate experience

    • Demonstrated experience in office administration

    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and also InDesign and Adobe

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Demonstrated time management skills

    • Stong attention to detail
