Hudson is currently working with a number of reputable companies seeking to appoint Personal Assistants and Administration Assistants for Holiday and Maternity Cover contract assignments. As an experienced professional, you will be confident in completing the following duties;



    • Extensive diary management

    • Organising Domestic and International travel

    • Scheduling staff meetings and minute taking as required

    • Event organisation

    • Responsible for all boardroom activities

    • Document/presentation preparation

    • Co-ordinating correspondence


    As an applying candidate, you will possess;



    • At least 3 years experience as an Admin or Personal Assist

    • The ability to work with a high level of autonomy

    • High level of business communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;

    • A positive and professional work ethic;

    • The ability to liaise with clients, internal staff, investors and other key stakeholders;

    • A professional and positive work attitude.
