Utilise your advocacy and case management skills within a federal government agency who are focused on solving disputes.

Your new employer is a small agency which forms part of a larger government department. Reporting to the manager of the team you will be responsible for case management, advocacy and research duties with the aim of assisting stakeholders to resolve disputes.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for consulting and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders, working on delivering projects, conducting research and analysis on issues relating to the agency and its work, along with providing a high level of advice to stakeholders.

To be successful you will be a flexible team player, with energy and determination to succeed, you will be able to make sound decisions and exercise judgement along with being open, accountable and have a high level of integrity.

This role is ideal for a current Team Manager who has a background in managing customer service teams that manage complex claims.

Ideally you will have a baseline clearance and a tertiary qualification in economics, law, accounting, business, finance, public policy or political science; in lieu of this you will have relevant work experience. Previous case management skills, along with experience within Alternate Dispute Resolution will also be looked upon favourably.

In return, you will be rewarded with an initial 6-12 month contract and a competitive salary.
