This Government organisation is looking for candidates to fill a number of assignments offering an immediate start.
The role will see you managing a portfolio of either compensation claims, lump sum payments or rehabilitation claims within work related injury and illness, so your ability to demonstrate empathy for individual circumstances is essential. Working within guidelines and policies and working with an Entitlements Act (with training) is all part of your day to day.
Strong customer service, proven ability to assess, gather information and make confident judgements are key. You will ideally have been a government based Case Manager or a Claims Consultant from within workers compensation or a health organisation or proven experience working within a claims based environment. Or, you will have proven work experience highlighting your ability to gather information, analyse it and make decisions working within legislation, policies and guidelines and ideally understanding a government environment. You may have worked within banking, insurance or as a Grants Assessor or as a Case Manager. This is a phone based role so your exceptional customer service is essential and we are looking for candidates whose resumes absolutely demonstrates the above.
