Temporary assignment - Immediate start
Injury management - Workers Compensation claims experience ideal
Federal Government agency - multiple assignments

This Federal Government organisation is looking for candidates to fill a number of assignments offering a start with up to a two to three week lead in.


The role will see you managing a portfolio of either workers compensation claims, calculation of lump sum payments or within injury management. Your ability to demonstrate empathy for individual circumstances is essential. Working within guidelines and policies and working with an Entitlements Act (with training) is all part of your day to day.


Strong customer service, proven ability to assess, gather information and make confident judgements are key. You will ideally have been a Case Manager or a Claims Consultant from within workers compensation or a health organisation or proven experience working within a related claims based environment. This is a phone based role so your exceptional customer service is essential and we are looking for candidates whose resumes absolutely demonstrates the above. Understanding how a government organisation ticks is key. Resiliance, a sense of humour and a willingness to help are all essential.
