As a dynamic, senior executive and member of the Department of Justice and Attorney General 's Board of Management, you have the opportunity and license to work across organisational boundaries and develop solutions to assist address the challenges facing today's criminal justice system. As the visible 'Face of Corrections', put your thumbprint on all aspects of a highly complex, operationally demanding and service-diverse department. Your expertise in navigating risk, people, stakeholders, infrastructure, policies, finance and more, will see you further develop strategies and innovative solutions, lead a shared change agenda and implement broad reform.
You will translate recommendations from The Queensland Parole System Review report into operational change and work collaboratively across Government, private and community sectors . You will inspire and support a large, geographically dispersed workforce and through engagement, career pathways and safe workplaces, enhance an employer of choice reputation. You will manage risk and think strategically on-the-fly, in highly volatile and publicly scrutinised environments.
