    About the Company

    Catholic Development Fund (CDF) supports the Catholic Church by providing personalised financial products and services to support and finance the growth of the Catholic Church. Funds invested with CDF are used to support the mission of the Church by providing low cost funding for Catholic Capital building projects in Parishes, Parish Primary Schools, Catholic Colleges, Religious Orders, Diocesan Agencies, Catholic Church organisations, and in Health and Aged Care predominantly within the Archdiocese of Melbourne. However the principal use of CDF funds continues to be for Catholic education.

    About the Role

    This position supports the organisational strategy to grow individual investor funds. You will help to shape great products, connect investors to the projects that relate to their investments as well as help to map a great customer experience.

    You will have the responsibility to develop and implement a segmented customer activity plan identifying areas for growth over time. You'll outline a timeline of activities and resources needed to deliver on the plan. As part of this process you will identify high net-worth investors and create a customer engagement program that suits the requirements of this customer group.

    You will be responsible to identify the customer segments, and work with the Executive Manager Retail & Communication to improve processes, inform policies and benefit the customer.

    You need to create strong relationships with existing Catholic school operators and other diocesan agencies in order to garner support for the promotion of CDF individual investor products. You'll grow new operator networks in Victoria and other nominated diocese.

    Your key responsibilities are to:

    • Achieve Funds growth

    • Provide an excellent customer experience

    • Develop Operator Networks and strengthen relationships

    • Present regularly to prospects, and clients regarding relevant products

Experience & Qualifications

This is a professional financial relationships role. You will need to demonstrate a strong financial understanding as well an ability to form strong business relationships. Core to this is the ability to utilise these relationship skills to promote and build business engagement and outcomes growing CDF commercial presence. Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded as would experience in a Catholic Church or member organisation.
