This role exists to provide customer service and operational support within the Credit Assessment division of this Top 4 Bank.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Strong customer service skills or previous call centre experience
  • Keen to learn and a team player.
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for customers and improving their experience, with an energetic and enthusiastic approach.
  • Great attention to detail and problem solving skills is crucial.
  • Strong work ethic, time management and ability to multi task.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed targets and benchmarks.
  • Financial qualifications desirable but not essential
