Hudson is looking for temps within the Eastern suburbs or Melbourne who are interested in joining a fast-paced and close knit customer service team!


We are looking for a candidate who has experience working within the FMCG industry and has the ability to hit the ground running.



Main duties and responsibilities:



    • Processing customer orders utilizing SAP

    • Handling customer queries via phone and email correspondence

    • Maintaining proper records within database
    • updates of client/customer information, inventory levels, pricing etc.
    • Support staff with customer orders and backorders

    • Coordinate courier freight tickets

    • Liaise with transport and courier companies regarding dispatch and delivery queries

    • General administration support to the team



    Desired attributes:



    • MUST have experience using SAP!!

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Hands on approach
    • ability to take on responsibility and hit the ground running
    • Demonstrate commitment to customers and internal staff

    • High attention to detail and through compliance

    • Team orientated and positive attitude
