About Our Client

Our client is a professional, nation-wide organisation with 80+ years' in representing and promoting the community in the Australian health care system.

About The Role

Working in one of the core teams of the organisation, a majority of your duties will include data entry and processing claims in an accurate and timely manner, in addition to:

  • Processing timely and accurate for payments whilst adhering to specific guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service support
  • Provide administrative support as required
  • Contribute to team planning activities
  • Attend team meetings
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders

About You

With proven data entry and/or processing experience, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Extensive experience in providing high level customer service support
  • The proven ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and CRM system experience
  • The ability to work closely with stakeholder groups
  • Uncompromising attention to detail
  • Expert organisational and time management skills
