The Role:

The Director will be accountable for the design and delivery of leadership and capability development that integrates people, strategy and technology to enable innovation and cultural change. The role reports directly to the head of the people and culture function.

The role will be instrumental in contributing to delivering industry best practice to its people, customers and the wider community.

The position will initially be based in Melbourne, transitioning to Geelong.

You will have:

  • A demonstrated track record of leading organisational change and transformation
  • Achievement in large complex organisations, ideally within both public and private sectors
  • Excellent strategic capability
  • A proven reputation for collaborative and agile leadership
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and a contemporary knowledge of the field.
