Hudson is a global leader in the supply of Office Support professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to join our clients' team based in the CBD in a varied and fast paced role. They are looking for an Experience Coordinator to be the face of the department and help support their hard working team, alumni and students. This is a permanent role and the hours of work are 8.30am

  • 5pm Monday to Friday.


  • Key duties and responsibilities include:



    • First point of contact for all alumni, clients and students

    • Diary management for development manager

    • Event and workshop coordination

    • Provide course advice and coordination

    • Coordinate project, program and workshops

    • Meeting coordination and minute taking

    • Preparation of correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office (word, excel)

    • Travel and accommodation bookings

    • Managing petty cash, completing purchase orders and invoices for the team

    • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    • Increase engagement of existing clients

    • Assist Development Manager and program teams with administration

    • Attend events and student information sessions

    • Data base management and data entry



    As a successful candidate you will need to demonstrate:



    • Salesforce system experience would be a huge advantage

    • Experience working with and liaising with C-Suite Executives

    • Experience with high level stakeholder management and engagement

    • Confident and ability to influence others

    • Excellent attention to detail and writing skills

    • Professional and polished presentation is a must

    • Confidentiality and discreetness

    • Event management administration experience

    • Strong client focus with a can do attitude

    • Excellent working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision

    • At least 4 years previous experience in a similar role

    • Ecucation experience will be viewed favourably
