Performance development focussed role
Short term contract (with the potential for extension)
Bankstown location

This HR Generalist position will be be responsible for:

    • Providing support to a team of 6 who look after all corporate employees (excluding Senior Executives.)

    • Key features of the role include HR resource development, training material development, writing communication documents. Compiling project status reports, coordinating project schedules, and identifying and resolving technical problems.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 5 +years' HR Generalist experience with a relevant HR degree or equivalent.

    • Public sector experience essential, School based experience preferred

    • Experience with performance management &/or performance development essential

    • Strong communication skills

    • Competent in and understanding of Microsoft Office Suites
