We currently have an exciting opportunity for a VIC/TAS HR Business partner to join the National HR team with this role being situated in Melbourne. Our client is a well known national brand, with a dynamic, fun and hard working culture. This position would be a fantastic opportunity to continue developing your HR skills with in a fast paced and varied environment.

This role will have a strong focus on providing HR and employee relations advice to the Business Leaders in a commercial environment. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Policy, procedure and compliance advisory
  • Employment contracts and award interpretation
  • Employee grievance advice and conflict resolution processes
  • Building key relationships across the broader business, key business stakeholders, team leaders, area managers and national leaders.
  • Employee engagement, retention and internal mobility advice

To be successful in this role you will have significant HR Business Partnering experience with the ability to build strong relationships with key business leaders. You will also have strong interpersonal and influencing skills with an in depth business understanding. In addition you will have a displayed knowledge of national and state-based employment legislation and have experience in a commercial HR role.
