Inbound Call Centre - close knit team

Working in the northern suburbs office you will provide top class customer service to customers across WA. Be part of a hard working and fun loving team who are supportive and collaborative.

About the role;

  • Respond to phone, email and online enquiries
  • Field account enquiries and process payments
  • Work to retention targets and focus on reducing cancellation rates
  • Provide customer service to all business stakeholders

About you;

  • A strong customer service background is essential
  • Experience working in a call centre, retail or administration role where customer focus is key
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to deal with people
  • You are a problem solver who likes to take ownership of your role
  • You are IT savvy and can communicate effortlessly over the phone, email or on social media
  • Full unrestricted work rights
