My client, a global high-service distributor of electronics, automation and control components, tools and consumables, serving over 1 million customers worldwide, is looking for an experienced Account Executive Manager who will lead their Telesales team to achieve area sales objectives and deliver exceptional service to their customers within their Australian market.

This is an extremely senior role which will give you the opportunity to recruit, develop and manage a high performance team of telesales personnel by setting, communicating and monitoring aligned goals and objectives, and implementing remedial actions where required.

Confident, you are able to give personable but clear sales objectives to your team, drive Corporate , Key and Standard Account sales within your geography, understand and ensure customer data and segmentation for the geography is managed and maintained to enable accurate analysis of trends and KPMs, whilst maximizing key Marketing campaign outcomes.

This role will suit a motivated self-starter, who is goal and results oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a successful record of managing telesales teams, preferably in a business to business environment
  • Be IT literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Possess Commercial awareness, sales and negotiation skills
  • Possess training/coaching experience and Performance Management Skills
  • Experience working within a similar industry is desirable
