12 month fixed term contract
This well established global organisation has a requirement for an experienced recruiter to join their team. This is a full time position on a 12 month fixed term contract working full-time hours. Due to the nature of this role, intermittent interstate travel may be required.
In this end to end recruitment role, you will be responsible for volume recruitment from advertising, sourcing and screening candidates, co-ordinating and participating in the interview process, referee and background checking, coordinating assessment centres and psychometric testing, whilst facilitating and guiding internal clients through the recruitment process. Experience utilising various recrutiment strategies to find talent is required.
This role is fast paced and diverse, and to ensure your success you must have a previous recruitment experience within an in-house, on-site, or agency environment. It is essential that you have had experience in high volume recruitment campaigns and have a sense of urgency, working to tight deadlines. With professional communication and interpersonal skills, you will be self motivated and will be able to leverage a variety of sourcing channels strategies to attract diverse talent.
