Hudson are looking for experienced internal talent aquisition specialisits and also agency recruiters looking for a new challenge, to work with our clients in short and long term contracts.
The things that are important to you are first and foremost the candidate expereince, as you understand and believe that people are the greatest asset to our clients. You will be passionate, motivated and driven to succeed by finding the best talent on the market. To be successful in these roles, it is imperative that you are service minded, put candidates and stakeholders first and work efficiently to tight deadlines (along with the ability to keep calm in highly stressful situations). Industry expereince will also be a big plus if you have it.
The roles that you will be recruiting for will be varied, which gives you the chance to demonstrate your previous experience or, to learn new and exciting skills in different industries.
Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of end to end recruitment experience, working in fast paced, and high pressured enivronments. You will be confident in managing candidate and stakeholder expectations throughout the process and have a high level of emotional intelligence around communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You will also have working knowledge of Taleo, Pageup and/or Chris21. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential, as is your professional yet dynamic personality.
