An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic Business Development Manager to work for a global company specialising in high end flooring solutions.

Reporting to the NSW Manager, you will be focused on maintaining and nurturing existing clients within their high profile hospitality portfolio client base, ensuring that the service provided are second to none, whilst maximising the potential to develop other new sales avenue's within these and brand new clients.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the construction industry

  • You do not need to have flooring sales experience, however experience selling anything construction/industrial/interior design product related within the hospitality/tourism arena is a must. You must also have fantastic presentation skills, have the personality to build and nurture new and existing relationships and have a genuine love for business development.

  • Skills and Experience Required:

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Development Manager/ Key Account Manager

    • Must have Construction/Industrial/Interior Design knowledge/experience

    • Possess a solid track record in successful business development and client relationships

    • Superior presentation skills
