Overview


Hudson is looking to speak with experienced Learning and Development Specialists who have a background working on system implementations or projects. The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience on a CRM project, and be able to communicate to a diverse audience.


Duties



    • Conduct TNAs

    • Provide high level, strategic advice in the area of learning needs assessment, learning strategies, training methods and delivery and evaluation to align with the organizational goals

    • Design, delivery and implement high quality learning and development solutions

      • Face to face, group and online training

      • Learning material/modules

      • Support material



    • Assess and monitor the effectively of all learning and development initiatives, and identify areas of improvement where necessary

    • Stakeholder engagement

    • Compile and integrate feedback, assessment and evaluations of each learning initiative

    • Continuous improvement in all items related to learning and development for the project


    Experience/Skills



    • Demonstrated experience in a L&D and/or Training capacity

    • Demonstrated experience in structuring, writing and developing dynamic instructional material for e-learning, print and face to face modules

    • Previous experience implementation and facilitating a range of training initiatives

    • Experience with Salesforce projects, failing that CRM or related systems projects

      • Implementation, upgrade, enhancements, BAU



    • Ability to manage competing timelines and multiple projects

    • Influential persona

    • Problem solving skills and ability

    • Tertiary studies in related field is desirable

    • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
