The Role

Our client has a strong national presence in the market and is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. This role supports a team of solicitors in their day to day operations. Daily responsibilities include:

    • Diary management

    • Document production

    • File and matter management

    • Client liaison

    • Billing

    • Office Administation support

    • Liaising with external suppliers

    Candidate Skills

    • Demonstrated skills in providing first class support

    • Highly developed attention to detail skills

    • Enthusiastic and dedicated approach

    • Ability to develop rapport with others quickly and maintain relationships

    • Strong organisational and time management skills

    • Experience in litigation and conveyancing (highly regarded)

    • Highly developed attention to detail skills
