Our client has a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Legal Secretary! If you have Government experience and you are a confident, competent legal secretary with a passion for your job, then this is the position for you!

The Opportunity:

Our client focused firm are looking to currently recruit for a Legal Secretary to assist their highly successful Government team.

In this role you will provide high level secretarial support to the Partner within the Sydney market.

The core components of this role will include but will not be limited to:

    • Diary and email management

    • Document preparation, amendments, formatting and proof reading

    • Database and file management

    • Practice Management

    • Preparing briefs under the direction/supervision of a Solicitor

    • Drafting correspondence

    • Billing

    • Client liaison

    Our client has a fantastic culture so finding the right fit is very important to them. You will be/have:

    Candidate Skills:

    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal Secretary

    • Proficient computer skills Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Word skills

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work with variety and change

    • Dedicated and proactive approach to your work

    • Close to public transport.
