Initial 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with potential to extend
Professional and dynamic environment

Hudson is seeking a highly organised and professional Office Manager with accounts payable/receivable experience, to join an innovative and forward thinking, government funded organisation.


Initially this is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



    • On-boarding new staff members, including IT set up, induction sessions and compiling new starter packs

    • Assisting with HR administration

    • Management of staff mobile and teleconferencing accounts, including set up of mobile phones, staff logins etc.

    • Updating and managing intranet content/filing system

    • Supervising Receptionist and covering when required

    • Supporting Director of Finance & Operations with compiling documentation, correspondence and ad hoc tasks

    • Preparing documentation for the Board

    • Accounts Payable
    • checking and processing invoices, relevant approvals and compliance to delegations
    • Managing Accounts email inbox

    • Processing purchase orders, managing internal system to check approvals and procurement are in line with company policies

    • Maintaining schedule of contracts/payments for cash flow management

    • Reconciling travel expenses monthly, auditing corporate credit card statements and managing petty cash

    • General office management
    • facilities, IT support, supplier liaison etc.

    Applicants require the following:



    • At least 3 years Office Management experience

    • Some Accounts experience particularly accounts payable/receivable

    • High level of professionalism and presentation

    • Ability to communicate with a range of key stakeholders

    • Fully proficient with MS Office
    • Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Flexible and proactive approach, able to work autonomously and use initiative

    • Experience or interest in Government funded organisations
    • advantageous
    • Business Administration qualifications
    • advantageous
