Career Paralegal opportunity
High Volume Conveyancing/Residential property experience essential
Full time position - competitive salary

Our client is seeking an experienced property paralegal/law clerk to join their mid size, reputable firm. You would be a considered a valued team member, forming an integral part of the firm's success. You would be providing support in:

    • Handling high volume of files from beginning to end

    • Liaising with clients

    • Billing

    Candidate Skills:

    To be successful in this position you need:

    • Experienced in Property Law processes and procedures

    • Proven paralegal/law clerk experience within a conveyancing or property law practice/firm (at least 12 months experience required, managing high volumes (250-300 files per month)

    • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills

    • Strong organisational and time management skills

    • Proficient computer skills

    • Ability to work under strict deadlines

    • Desire to work in a professional environment
