Our client is looking for a well organised individual with previous experience in a large organisation delivering effective and efficient end to end services across the company. This is a 12month contract, and candidates who wish to be considered are required to be available immediately.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to improving payroll and benefits processes
  • Support payroll processes and systems, with appropriate input and support from key stakeholders
  • Accurately deliver high volume, complex payroll, superannuation and salary packaging transactions
  • Promote employee benefits provided by external providers e.g. health insurance
  • Participate in various internal and external forums, including briefing sessions, to understand sector trends
  • Work collaboratively with Central Unit subject matter expert
  • Other duties as directed

This role may also be required to assist the finance team with general ad hoc tasks. We're seeking candidates with at least 3 years in a transactional finance role with exposure to payroll processes.
