Mid level Project Manager with growth for a high potential individual

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who is looking to develop their career but do it whilst in a contract. The role will need a Project Manager with 3-5 years experience who know there way around projects, SDLC, implementation, various project methodologies as they will take the requirements and put together a project plan, access the risk from an implementation plan. The role will be working with an amazing company looking at their Omni Channel approach, which is a large growth area for the company.

This will be a busy role with a strong leader in place to support but will be given the autonomy to access priorities and what making priority decisions means for the enterprise. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following core skills:

    • 3-5 years' Project Management experience in leading projects

    • Proven analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment

    • Proven capacity to establish relationships, work in partnership with stakeholders and influence senior executives

    • Understanding of the SDLC

    • Understand project methodologies

    • Ability to prioritise duties within a large organisation, with a proactive nature

    • Effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment

    • Previous experience working in a Partnership environment would be highly regarded

    • High level of resilience, adaptability to change and flexibility


    • CRM experience

    • Omni channel understanding
