Our client is seeking an experienced Receptionist for their office located south of the river to cover for a 5 weeks annual leave contract starting at the end of June. Our client is a Not for Profit Organisation that provided a variety of services to elderly and disabled clients.

As the first point of contact for this organisation, it is imperative that you create a wonderful first impression to every person who walks through the door. You must be professionally presented, energetic and have personable manner and be able to work in a team and autonomously. We are seeking exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with a range of different people.

The general duties include:

    • Answering incoming calls and queries

    • Meeting and greeting clients

    • Administration tasks

    • Signing in visitors

    • Word processing of documents

    • Distributing mail


    • Experience working on a busy reception desk

    • "Can-do" attitude and eagerness to learn new tasks

    • Friendly and approachable

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • High level Word and Excel skills
