Temporary cover for annual leave

Our client is seeking an experienced and friendly receptionist to temporarily cover a busy reception desk in their Head Office North of the River. The client is a not for profit organisation in the community service sector that provides a variety of supports to individulas with a disabilty or mental health illness. This role is a contract only for approximately 4 weeks.


As the first point of contact for this organisation, it is imperative that you create a wonderful first impression on every person who walks through the door. You must be professionally presented, energetic and personable manner. As a Not for Profit Organisation, it is important that you want to be part of a team, deliver high customer service and want to give back to the community.


The general duties include:



    • Answering incoming calls

    • Email management
    • addressing all queries in a timely manner
    • Meeting and greeting clients and guests

    • Administration tasks

    • Distributing mail

    • Booking clients in for follow up appointments

    • Meeting mintues

    • Setting up meeting rooms and organising the equipment
