Our client, a well established Media company are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their fast paced and dynamic team. The main aspect of this role is to be the professional, bubbly face of the organisation and provide great customer service to clients both over the phone and face to face.


Some of your responsibilities will include:



    • Meeting and greeting visitors and internal/external stakeholders promptly and professionally

    • Answering phone enquiries

    • Maintain presentation of the reception area

    • Assist with events/ functions/ meetings

    • Meeting room management
    • set up, coordination of bookings, cleanliness and organisation of catering
    • Ordering and keeping track of stationary / catering and office supplies

    • Mail duties
    • coordinating with couriers and distribution of mail around the office
    • Internally manage and book travel and group bookings whilst making sure they are in compliance with client's policies

    • Handle all initial client matters and enquiries and pass on to the appropriate personnel required

    • Assist with coordination of staff functions and other events

    • General ad hoc administration
    • photocopying, filing, data entry etc

    To be successful in this role you will have:



    • Minimum 2 year prior experience in a Receptionist role

    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

    • Great time management and organisational skills

    • High attention to detail

    • Experience in MS Office
    • Intermediate- Advanced
