Recruitment support role

About the role

As a key member of our hugely successful recruitment team, you will take responsibility for:

  • Candidate Care
  • Employment Screening
  • Arranging Interviews
  • Scheduling Assessments
  • Co-ordinating offers
  • On-boarding co-ordination and administration

The role will give you fantastic exposure to the broader business at Macquarie Bank and will enable you to develop into a recruitment role.

No two days will be the same in this fast paced role where you will be challenged and rewarded. Your first class experience and support will contribute to your consultants and Macquarie recruiting the best talent within Australia and New Zealand.

You will also enjoy sitting onsite at Macquarie in one of their prize winning offices in either Martin Place or Shelley Street.

About you

You will:

  • Be organized and structured
  • Be able to work at pace across a number of recruitment assignments
  • Have experience in corporate administration or HR Administration in either a corporate or agency environment.
  • Be resilient, professional and career minded
  • Be detail orientated with excellent communication skills.

Please note: this is a 6 month contract opportunity.
