To provide leadership and management to the senior operations team, servicing all elements of the business including training, development and compliance.

Some of your duties will include:

    • Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of all products, performance, procedures and business rules

    • Design and Implement a training programme to induct new staff

    • Responsible for coaching staff, managing tasks and strategies

    • Maintain an awareness of policies and procedures to provide ongoing staff training

    To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

    • Strong understanding of the financial services industry

    • Positive attitude and ability to effectively contribute to a team environment

    • Strong attention to detail

    • High level of computer literacy

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong self/time management skills and ability to multi-task

    • Ownership of the professional development of staff

    • Ability to make well-informed and substantiated decisions

    • Min 2-3 years management and leadership experience essential

    • Operational or Finance background desirable
