Senior Sales Manager

Powerark have a reputable history of supplying quality Solar PV arrays to solar retailers nationally and hope our products and services will expand internationally in the near future.

    Your key accountabilities include the following areas:

    • Develop commercial and industrial PV project opportunities.

    • Analysis and identify potential commercial areas with top management and sales team.

    • Setting up company commercial PV solution road map and building up a commercial team for execution.

    • Meet sales targets set by the Company.

    • Guide, design and participate in the engineering of company commercial solar projects and post project management.

    • Organise tender and bid documents for commercial solar projects.

    • Meet sales targets set by the Company.

    • Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients.

    • Present our solutions to the clients.

    • Understand and keep up to date with all solar products, process of solar installations and solar industries in Australia.

    • Understand and keep up to date with the current solar schemes and process of STC creation.

    • Write up sales reports to review on monthly basis.

    To be successful in this role, you will possess:

    • Experience in commercial solar BD or sales required.

    • Familiarity with solar commercial tendering and bidding process and related project management.

    • Previous Sales experience with a proven track record of growth.

    • Strong presentation and influencing skills.

    • Outstanding communication skills and customer service etiquette.

    • Commercial roofing experience.

    • A current driver's license.

    • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills.

    • Familiarity with industrial products, sales channels and knowledge about solar industry is a plus.

    • Motivated to work towards and achieve sales targets.

    • Work well under pressure.

    • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
