Hudson is seeking a customer service orientated individual to join one of our Global clients within the Manufacturing Industry as a Service Receptionist/Administrator. Providing the front of house function, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors and customers, handling enquiries and providing logistics administration support.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



    • First point of contact for visitors and customers over the phone and face to face

    • Answering incoming calls and emails and handling a range of enquiries



    • Processing orders, order tracking and invoicing



    • Receiving stock and coordinating repairs of products, liaising with customers and warehouse/workshop staff



    • General administrative duties



    Applicants require the following:



    • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role

    • Excellent communication skills and a great phone manner

    • High level of administration skills

    • Responsible and reliable

    • Capable of working under pressure and in fast-paced environments

    • MS Office skills
    • Word, Excel and Outlook
