This is an excellent opportunity to join our organisation in a new role developing, implementing and leading the Talent Acquisition strategy as we partner with our client to establish and embed an onsite Talent Acquisition function.

What will you be doing?

This is a key role where you will drive a Talent strategy that is aligned to the overall business goals and objectives. Leading a small team, you will create, communicate and promote a transparent and best practice recruitment process, fostering a successful collaboration and a true business partnership with our client. Additionally, you will remain hands on in this role actively recruiting across disciplines with a key focus in the sales and marketing space.

Who are you?

You are a Recruitment Team Leader or a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives when given accountability and is now ready to step into a leadership role, managing people and driving a function. You will need to be adaptable, as this is a fast paced consumer environment and an ability to flex and work within an ever changing landscape without compromising your focus on quality will be critical to your success.

An experienced end to end recruiter, you will be passionate about building proactive and innovative talent sourcing and attraction solutions. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and strong communications will be strengths as is your ability to build sustainable relationships across all levels quickly confirming your capability as a subject matter expert within FMCG.
