What you will be doing


This is an excellent opportunity to join our organisation in a new role developing and delivering the Talent Acquisition strategy, driving business change and leading a team as we partner with our client through a significant transformation.


Aligning the talent acquisition strategy to the business strategy, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation is positioned effectively to identify, source and attract the talent required to meet business goals and be future ready. Proactive communication is key to your role as change agent, leading a talent process that is unbiased and best practice, positively influencing the way talent is selected to directly impact the overall people agenda.

Who you are


We are looking for a progressive leader who has demonstrated management experience in RPO or in an Internal role with exceptionally strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You will have had previous success working through change and building and delivering an empirical and accountable recruitment process. Your focus on quality together with your business partnering approach will be instrumental to your ability to influence and guide both the business and your talent acquisition team. A background from Utilities and/or Engineering is desirable, as is experience from an enterprising organisation as previous success leading a recruitment function through a time of transformation and change is essential.
