Small law firm looking for a HR/Legal Assistant
Temp to Perm Opportunity - Immediate Start
Are you a Legal Secretary completing a HR degree?

    Our client has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join this small law firm. The Role:

This unique role provides an opportunity for you to be an integral member of this successful team. As the cornerstone member of the team, you will be providing superior secretarial and administrative support across a range of tasks:

  • New starter co-ordination (including onboarding & offboarding)
  • Payroll administration and queries
  • Assisting with Learning & Development for HR Reporting
  • General admin support for HR team
  • Diary and Email management
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Document preparation (agreements and contracts)
  • Preparation and reconciliation of expenses
  • Client/candidate liaison and management including assisting with the organisation of events

Candidate Skills:

As an experienced, professional HR/Legal Assistant you will have:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Confidence and ability to deliver within tight timeframes
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff
  • Strong client service focus
  • Highly proficient in MS Word and formatting skills
  • Superior organisational skills with a proactive attitude and focus
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
