We are seeking an fast paced, recruiter to complete our team supporting our contact center, inbound sales and administration teams in their recruiting activities.

Working on 15-20 roles at a time, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Posting job ads
  • Screening and Interviewing candidates
  • Arranging and participating in assessment centers.
  • Reference checking
  • Preparing candidate reports and shortlists
  • Onboarding
  • Delivering an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience

About you:

  • A recent graduate with 3+ years working experience
  • Ambitious, passionate and results-oriented, you will love meeting and exceeding goals
  • Tenacious and resilient, you thrive on success and know how to have fun too
  • Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
  • A natural people person, you have strong networking skills and the desire to achieve in a fast paced business environment
  • Experience in an RPO or Agency recruitment a bonus.

You may be currently running a temp desk in agency or already be in a high volume in-house role. This is your opportunity to step away from the business development and focus on delivering great service to one client you can build a deep relationship with.
