Our client is one of New Zealand's largest owned and operated organisations within the commercial sector and an opportunity has arisen in their team for an individual to champion best practise in terms of financial processes and ensure they are being implemented and followed by their customers.

As an Accounts Support Assistant your duties could involve but not be limited to:

  • Provide initial training and ongoing support on the coopertives accounting information system
  • Focus on invoice and credit matching processes
  • Assist in office procedures and provide guidance to clients and their staff

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a finance administration role
  • Intermediate MS Word and Excel
  • Exposure to accounting packages similar to MYOB and XERO
  • SAP experience would be an advantage
