Our client is a busy consultancy firm centrally located in Christchurch, seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team ASAP on a temporary basis for approx. 1 month. Assisting with the invoicing and reconciliation, this position will see the successful candidate contribute positively to the day to day running of the business.

Responsibilities may include;

  • Overseeing client accounts and following up on all outstanding invoices
  • Dealing with all invoice queries
  • Cash allocation queries
  • Uploading of invoices to portals
  • Account Reconciliations
  • Debtor reporting
  • General administrative duties

The successful candidate will possess;

  • Solid experience in cash allocation and account reconciliations
  • Exposure to billing/raising of invoices
  • Experience in dealing with invoice queries
  • Knowledge of AR principles and practice
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills (reporting/v look ups/pivots)
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience in GreenTree will be considered advantageous

Suitable candidates will be available to start immediately and are able to legally work in NZ.
