Great part time admin opportunity

Show case your existing administration experience with this 3 month part time assignment! Our client is seeking a part time administrator to join their team starting at the end of January 2018 for 15-20 hours a week.

They are seeking a talented all rounder with current Health and Safety knowledge to support the team in branch as admin assistant, with various duties such as collecting mail, stationery orders, filing, and assisting the accounts team with payroll, invoice clarifications and reconciliations.

Ideally you will have experience in an administration role to be able to hit the ground running and not be afraid of learning and picking up new skills.

Skills/experience required:

  • Previous experience in a busy administration role
  • Current H&S knowledge
  • Intermediate level of MS Word and Excel
  • Experience in assisting an accounts team with tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise effectively
  • A "can do" attitude and willing to pitch in and give a hand
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written

For this role, you will be available to start immediately as well as being located in Christchurch already. All applicants should be able to work legally in NZ.
