Ideal central Auckland location
$21-22 per hour depending on experience

Based in Auckland CBD, this market leading company operates within the childcare sector and are known for providing efficient, friendly and affordable childcare options to NZ families.

You will need to hit the ground running for a 4 week administration role and your daily duties will include:

  • Providing administration support to team member
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
  • Handling and coordinating incoming queries with internal team
  • Producing Word, PowerPoint & Excel Documents as required

We would love to hear from you ASAP if you:

  • Have previous administration and customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills and systems savvy
  • Able to work under pressure with great attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with conflict and sensitive issues in a professional and empathetic manner
