Gain project administration experience
Immediate start for 7 months
$50k per annum

Based in Mt Wellington, this organisation is a well known brand within the health sector. They have multiple brands under their main umbrella and you will be supporting a close knit and high performing team with day to day administration duties.


In this role you will be the core support person for a team of 7 IT specialists, mainly assisting with ongoing and new projects within the business, allowing you to utilise your savvy administration skills whilst gaining project and team coordination experience.

Duties Include:

  • Tracking project timelines
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Minutes for meeting and coordinating action points
  • Key point of contact for projects
  • Reporting
  • Financial administration support

This role has an immediate start and will be through until February 2018 in the first instance.


You will have a varied administration background and any project administration experience would be a bonus!

  • Administration or project administration experience
  • Computer and IT savvy
  • Experience with Visio is essential
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Able to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Team based work attitude and approach
