Role:

Your role is supporting the Service and Project team during this incredibly busy period. You will be assisting with:

  • Generating invoices and checking payments
  • Updating receipt of orders to the inventory database
  • Generate purchase orders and check against existing purchase orders
  • General filing and ordering stationary supplies
  • Entering timesheets for servicemen

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have high attention to detail and proven experience as an administrator:

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven accounts administration experience
  • Available ASAP and until the end of the year
