Based in Ellerslie, this organisation is a leading services provider within the fire and safety sector.

They have a close knit and down to earth office culture and are currently on the hunt for an experienced administration to come onboard ASAP to support their technicians and surveyors.

Role

You will be supporting with administration for the testers, surveyors and technicians who carry out monthly, quarterly and annual safety and compliance checks, to ensure their clients are well protected at all times and meet Building Warrant of Fitness standards.

  • Processing time sheets and invoicing complete jobs
  • Creating and processing job orders
  • Creating and entering purchase orders for goods
  • Maintaining the database of sites and upcoming checks
  • Processing quotes and updating client information
  • Dealing with the Key Accounts team for large/key client contracts

This role is starting immediately and will until the end of April at this stage.
