Immediate start for approx. 6 weeks
CBD location - small close knit botique offices


This is a boutique legal firm located in Auckland CBD. You will be supporting this close-knit and efficient team during this busy period with a range of administration, processing and coordination duties including:

  • Billings, timesheets, and disbursements entry
  • File and database management
  • Arrange meeting rooms and refreshments as required
  • Answer phones and emails
  • Organise travel as required
  • Ad hoc admin duties

You will be working Monday to Friday and the hours will be either 9am-5.30pm or 8.30am-5pm.

The ideal candidate:

Utilising your previous experience with Infinity Law, you will be flexible to help where needed and will enjoy getting stuck into this fast paced and varied role!

  • Excellent communication
  • Good systems and computer skills
  • Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Infinity Law software is essential
