Based in their Mt Wellington head office, this organisation is one of Australasia's largest and most successful car leasing organisations, working with other well large known brands on the vehicle fleet needs.

They have a welcoming, down to earth and customer focused culture, and are currently on the hunt for a savvy administrator to support their large and busy accounts team on an ongoing basis.


You will be supporting with a wide range of team administration duties including:

  • Supporting the accounts managers with processing duties
  • Organising and completing high volume mail outs
  • Assisting with the new system implementation and entering client details
  • Ad hoc client and staff administration duties

About you:

You will have previous administration experience, be savvy with numbers and following processes and enjoy a varied support role where no two days are the same!

  • Office administration experience
  • Good with systems and tech savvy
  • Be a team player and happy to assist where needed
