Large well known organisation based in New Market
Immediate start temp role for approx. 1-2 months
Varied customer administration role

Based in New Market, handy to both public transport and the motorways, this organisation is one of NZ's most well-known retail and commercial financial services brands, offering a wide range of products to customers on a daily basis.

Role

This position will be based within their commercial leasing team, who manage all the leases of products for large well known business across NZ, and your day to day duties will include:

  • Reviewing and tracking end of leases in excel
  • Contacting clients and consulting them on next steps
  • Processing buy outs, extensions and end of contracts
  • Making all client detail and contract changes in excel

This role is starting ASAP and will be for approx. 1 - 2 months in the first instance, working within an inclusive, supportive and positive team culture!

Skills/Experience

  • Savvy with excel and strong ability to navigate systems
  • Enjoy the finer detail and working to processes
  • Strong communication skills dealing with key clients
