Join a leading organisation that have a massive say in what goes on in the community. This small, supportive and collaborative team are on the search for a strong administrator that is really looking for a role that makes a difference!

This is a temporary long term role, at this stage the duration will be 6 months but there is potential this may be extended.

About the Role:

You will be liaising with organisations in Auckland that require funding for their particular charity, sorting through applications and processing grants.

  • Email and phone correspondence
  • Checking requirements against allocations
  • Ensuring invoices and grants are matched correctly
  • Ad hoc general administrative duties

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have a strong background in administration and be able to self-manage as this is a hands on role in a small team.

  • Personable and approachable manner
  • Administration experience in an established business (essential)
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills
  • Available to start work immediately
